Walmart Foundation Spark Good Local Grant Program

The Walmart Community Grant Program provides grants to support the unique needs of local communities in the service areas of Walmart and Sam's Club stores.

Funding areas include:

Organizations must be described as one of the following:

Non-charities, including organizations recognized as 501(c)(4)s, like homeowner's associations, civic leagues, or volunteer fire companies, are not eligible.

Award ceiling: $5,000
Award floor: $250

Application process

All applicants must create a Spark Good account to begin the application process.

Organizations must also complete the Deed verification process prior to submitting an application.

Access to Deed verification and the online application are available through an applicant's Spark Good account.

Applications are accepted 3 times during the year, with the following deadlines:
